Fast Delivery
It is our goal to ship all orders with standard products within 72 hours from receiving a purchase order and ALL specifications need to be fabricated.. Add 72 hours to this for all custom products..
It is our goal to significantly shorten the evaluation to delivery time for the ATP/Home Medical Supplier.
Our products ship to the Home Medical Supplier completely assembled: significantly shortening the time it takes to mount to the mobility base. To this end, with the client measurements provided by the ATP and clinicians, there should be VERY little to no adjustments needed at delivery.
Clinical Support
Our team of professionals on staff are equipped to assist during the clinical evaluation by voice call and/or a video call. When logistically possible, we try to offer in person assistance for a clinic appointment.
